What happens to the details you send us.

What we collect

When you ask for quotes: the kind of work, your ZIP code, what you want done, when and your rough budget, your name, email and phone number if you give it. We also count page views and clicks on contractor links, without cookies and without your name.

Who we share it with

Only with up to 3 licensed contractors who do the work you asked about, so they can contact you about that job, and only after you tick the box that says so. We do not sell your details or share them with anyone else.

How long we keep it

We keep a request for as long as we need it to connect you with contractors, and no longer than a year.

Deleting your details

Email privacy@contractors.fyi and ask. We delete your request and tell you when it is done. Contractors who already have your request keep their own copy; ask them too.
